What is Meditation?

Meditation is peace in your mind, freedom of thought and perfect silence. Meditation means being in a state of thoughtless awareness which equals present moment. A state which allows you to enter a world beyond thoughts; in this condition, you can experience deep relaxation and allow your subtle system to initiate a self-healing process. True meditation is done effortless and completely spontaneous.

Did you just think that this isn’t possible? Well, we say it is, but of course it is totally up to you. If you desire this experience read on. Don’t understand me wrong, seeking for truth is fun but finding it means commitment and you have to be sure that you are ready for it. Too many people feel more comfortable in seeking than in finding. Oh, I see that’s not you. We are glad to hear that.

If you have read this far you should get a reward and we are going to give you the key for true meditation, but there is a hook. YOU have to do all the work by yourself. No one meditates for you, no one cleans your subtle system for you, and no one introspects for you. Do you see what I mean? These are your chores and yours alone if you want to grow spiritually.

And now, without any further ado, let’s get in to it. Just click here: http://imeditate.info/get-self-realization
