Key to Freedom

The Key to Freedom is the awakening of the Kundalini, a goal of all religions and spiritual traditions since centuries. There are many names for this process, receiving self-realization, getting a2nd birth, receiving enlightenment but it all means the same – the awaking of the Kundalini within you. This spiritual energy resides at the end of the spine in the sacrum bone and sleeps – until you and you alone want it to wake up.

“The Kundalini heals, improves and blesses you. It frees you from all material worries.” says Shri Mataji, who found the way of how to awaken this energy over 40 years ago. The awakening of the Kundalini can only be done by the power of pure desire. So desire it, because this Kundalini loves you very much and wants nothing else than make you a happy human being.

The Kundalini acts like a spiritual mother, that’s why we refer to this energy as Mother Kundalini. And she knows absolutely everything about you, your past, your aspirations, your weakness and your strength. She doesn’t judge you, she will nourish, protect and help you. She will get things right, adjust disturbances, heals and comforts you, like a real mother.

Once your individual Mother is awakened you have access to another world. “You can never be drowned in the ocean of this mad world, because now you are in the ocean of joy,” says Shri Mataji.

The manifestation of the Kundalini energy is called vibrations, a translation of the Sanskrit word Chaitanya; once awakened you can feel subtle vibrations coming out of your hands and the fontanel bone area like a cool breeze. Sometimes this cooling and calming sensation can be felt inside the body, especially along the spine, where the seat of our central channel is.

And you know what is even better than getting your own Key to Freedom? Passing it on to someone else!
